Hey everybody!
I have chapter four of "The Clockwork Valkyrie" up now. This is another one of those chapters where I did a little research beforehand, but it wasn't as hard to write as chapter three was (at least it felt that way at the time). The crash of the Octavia effectively narrowed the cast down a bit, so if you were in any confusion about who the main 'couple' of this story is, then you'll know for sure by the end of this chapter. For the record though, this is more of an 'adventure' fic than a romantic one.

Poor Tetra. Great writing as usual. The Valkyries have become even more frightening and menacing monsters.
I'm intrigued by Genevieve. Is she real or just a figment of Milva's imagination? I'm also wondering when, or if, the titular Clockwork Valkyrie will make an appearance. I love all the fantasy/steampunk things and lore. Even if they're not necessary to the plot they're great flights of fancy. There was less of that this chapter.
I've read a lot of your stuff, and I think this is your best work yet.

I kinda want to shake Milva. ("Keep it together, girl!") I get so frustrated in zombie films, where people insist on trying to reason with they undead loved ones. Haven't they seen the movies?! I suppose this is different, though, 'cause, well, they're in a different world.
