Sorry about the lack of posts, everybody. I've got my new modem but I'm still having connection problems. It's annoying, but what are you gonna do, eh? So anyways, I've been working on that teen superhero story I was talking about before. It's called The Expatriates! (exclamation included) and I've just finished proof-reading the fourth of ten intended chapters. They're kind of long though, so I hope to spread updates of this story across the year while I focus most of my time on finishing the older stories.

Very cool! I wouldn't mind having Terri's powers for certain things, as you have already addressed. Lol. But this is a good beginning to a very interesting sounding story. I will be kind of sad if it takes you all year just to get through some of it because, while I love your other stories, this is definitely the most interesting. Hope all is well and happy writing! :)

Thank, Wild Cat. It's been a while since I've written a story with some action in it, so I'm kind of excited about The Expatriates. I'll probably speed up chapter output once some of my older stories are taken care of so hopefully you won't have to wait months for the next update. ^_^
Hey, great to see you doing another science-fiction type story. Terri and Maya read well together and shall no doubt bounce off each other as the tale progresses. Sucks to hear about the plagiarism - flattery might be in its sincerest form here, but its a pill no one should suffer. To conclude on a lighter note, I admire your focus to finish older work (something that many authors lack) and yet also your engagement with new projects. How goes your New Year's resolution to get published? Stay well.
